I’m not sure if I’m happy with the stance Google Adsense is taking towards Indian Publishers – but I am happy to see them tacklink click fraud and other forms of Adsense fraude. Google is happy to also report success stories from India – and I wish the legit Indian Publishers all the luck!

A lot of our clients are asking questions regarding the DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) – and I always send them towards the same excellent resource on The Law & Society – their page on Digital Millenium Copyright Act explains in human terms what it’s all about – much more compact that the Wikipedia entry.
